My pool area resurfacing went extremely well! Ryan did an amazing job working with me at the beginning of the process to find the right product and solution at the right price. And the installation crew led by Angelo and Mattie did an amazing job installing the pool area resurfacing. They were proactive in identifying issues and worked collaboratively with me to solve! The end result is a brand new pool surface that looks great and will last a long time! I will def recommend to friends and family!

River Rock was a pleasure to work with and they got their work done in a timely fashion. We are a production facility and the work was done in our lobby so timing was critical to allow entrance to the facility. Not only this, but they came back to review their work after the floor had time to cure. We look forward to having them look at some other projects on the production floor. The product seems to be very durable. I'm already planning on home projects with River Rock as well. Great work!

The rubber product they use is awesome! We love that you can customize color combinations. Ryan does a great job from start to finish and walks you through the design and install process seamlessly.

I have the Rubber Surfacing product in my horse wash stall at my barn. I love it, it's slip resistant and safe for my horses. Did I mention it's for my horses, so its quite durable also!

River Rock installed their product on our walkway years ago. Settleing has caused some issues and in other areas the rocks have just become loose. River Rock has not responded to multiple messages requesting service on these issues.....not warranty.....a request for service for payment. They are forcing us to have all of the product removed and the area redone. I know of three homes that have used this product in our community. All homes (including ours) will now have had to remove and replace this product. Be Aware......no service.....not professional....
