I had a facial with Shiloh yesterday, and it was honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She was wonderful—so knowledgeable, calming, and attentive. I left with glowing skin and felt completely relaxed. My friend also had a service with Shiloh, and we both had such a great experience. We loved spending time afterward in the relaxation room and the hot tub. We’ll definitely be back and would absolutely book with Shiloh again.

My husband and I had a couples massage. We had an excellent experience. Brett was one of the massage therapists we had, and we cannot recommend him enough. He was so kind, his massage was outstanding, and his customer service was also amazing.

The spa was a great discovery. The masage was good. The amenities in the spa are amazing. Treated myself at the dry sauna. I will be more prepared next time to spend more time there

Shiloh was an incredible technician/treatment specialist. I had the 80 minute facial and she was thorough and did a wonderful massage.

I do not recommend visiting Alpenglow Spa if you're looking for a relaxing experience in the sauna/hot tub/steam room area. This place allows all Keystone Hotel and cottage guests, including children of all ages, inside all of the spa and pool facilities. The result was hot tubs full of packed, screaming children with no room for my group and steam rooms with 12 year olds goofing around. I visited with a group of friends, most of whom are moms. We were looking forward to some relaxation time prior to our treatments but ended up hiding in the staging room, because it was the only remotely quiet area. In addition, I found the sauna and steam room to be defective. The sauna was not on or hot. Several people asked staff to turn it on and they said they would send maintenance, but nothing happened. The steam room, on the other hand, was blowing full steam constantly and it was so hot that we were unable to sit in there without repeatedly opening the door to let steam out. It seemed like the thermometer was broken and wasn't regulating the heat. My massage itself was very good, but the experience leading up to it was so frustrating that it made it hard to relax. Several of my friends enjoyed their massages and facial. One of the people in my group mentioned that they heard a screaming child's temper tantrum through the walls the whole time during her massage. Lastly, another friend did a sensory deprivation float and said the spa music was playing in the room the whole time in there, so it wasn't a true float. All in all, I recommend they inform customers booking from off site that the spa allows children. I've been to many spas and have never had that occur before. I would never have thought to ask in advance but will going forward.
