Staff was incredible!! Madison was so sweet when i came in and has a really welcoming presence. Zachary was super knowledgeable and helped walk me through my options to find edibles that really have helped my sleeping issues as well. Absolutely incredible staff, will definitely be coming back!

LOVE the staff! They are like family, the good kind of family. Teegan, especially, is the shit. They treat you like you genuinely do matter. Keep up the excellent customer service!

Guysssssssssssss pleaseeeeeeee tell us what’s up with the exquisite extracts vape carts !???? They were life and now they are all gone. I’m hearing a bunch of different stories as to what happened, but I’m most interested in WHEN they are coming back? Please say they are coming back?

I was able to shop at this dispensary and had a pleasant experience my first time. I went back to pick up my second order and I was denied because of my Federally recognized Tribal ID..the same ID I used to get my first order. Lady was extremely rude at the front and didn’t have the knowledge to share with me on why I can’t pick up my order but I could 2 weeks ago. Extremely disappointed.

I was sold a defective item and called the night before to ask about the return process. I was told I could come back within 24 hours, which I did. What I wasn’t told is that I would need to come inside, that the return had to be handled by a manager, or that there wouldn’t even be a manager on duty until after 2 PM. As a result, I’ve now driven across town twice and will either have to do it again or wait around until a manager shows up. I understand that issues happen, but the lack of clear communication and customer service is frustrating. Even the employee at the drive-through simply shrugged as if to say, “it is what it is,” which only added to the experience.
