Employees are awsome. The owner and buyer needs to get some education and training on running a business and buying product.
The workers are awesome. Owner is the buyer. He is terrible. He doesn’t know quality and no consistency. Tier A isn’t Tier A. They had 4 strains total on the shelf on a Thursday. I will take my 400-500$ a month elsewhere. It seems to be getting worse and worse by the day. Looks like they are struggling as a company because owner doesn’t know what he is doing. Very common for this industry. All the locations employees are great just really bad owner and buyer. They have been terrible quality or consistency since they shut down the in house grow last year or so.
Im a medical patient. I’ll never be back. I’ll never spend my hard earned money here again. Their product is old, and their staff are unfriendly and unwilling to help. You should be able to trust a pre pack. I was LIED TOO TODAY. $75 “C Tier”!?! PURE SHAKE. Let this be your warning! They don’t care about their medical patients AT ALL. NEVER AGAIN.
