Customer service is okay at best. Don't call and try to ask questions because they won't answer so they can force you to come into the store and push other products on you. Make sure if you use a card they give you any change that is due. They failed to give me mine multiple times. Also if your looking for a specific product I'd buy as much as you can. I was told for a month straight that they had an order coming then was told there was no order at all long past that. The green house is way better.
