Herbal Alternatives II - Washington DC

Fantastic experience all around, Angel and Tiffany helped me on two visits to get me set up for my short stay in DC, and I am extremely confident that the rest of their staff are as enthusiastic about making sure you get what you need. Easy to get to, but I’ll be going out of my way to visit anytime I’m in the area. 10 out of 10!!

I love the staff. The first time I visited was in 2024. The staff was courteous, patient and very polite. I highly recommend it!

Great experience. Traveling in town and was able to purchase no hassle with my Ohio Med Card. It was pouring down rain and I was completely lost. I called for directions and the receptionist literally walked me thru the commute! The entire staff, from sales to reception are friendly, informative and very welcoming. Good selection as well! Will definitely visit when in town again.

This place is Awesome! I arrived 1/2 before closing time and Tiffany was so helpful and kind as she filled my order. The products are top notch and prices are reasonable. Definitely my go to place in D.C. Highly recommend!!!!!

I recently visited Herbal Alternatives (because my primary dispensary was out of stock) and found the experience to be lacking. The staff was not helpful, bordering on rude, and the credit card system was down. The credit card system down is a common occurrence. Although I have valid medical card and am under my rolling 30-day limit, I was denied the purchase of a high THC content tincture. [update] After emailing Jen I learned that I should have been allowed to purchase the tincture. The restriction only applies to edibles over 20mg per piece. I'm adding "the staff is not knowledgeable" to this review. With other options in DC, do not waste your time visiting this place. Spend your money elsewhere.
