Had a great experience at AYR thanks to Rachel. She was super knowledgeable, patient, and actually took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of just rushing me through the line. Her recommendations were on point and she explained everything clearly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was a walk in, Rachel M took care of me at the counter. She had a bubbly,happy personality. Pleasant to chat with and was knowledgeable about the product. She had great suggestions on different things that I was looking into. I can tell she cares about her customers .The service was speedy in and out trip with no hassle ! I greatly appreciate the bud-tenders time! Can wait to return.

Great first time experience with budtender Paige! I’d consider myself a connoisseur so am very familiar with all products but never shopped at AYR. Paige gave me a detailed and honest review of all their products and based on my preferred methods she recommended some incredible products. I have been to this particular dispensary quite a bit, I have never had any issues with the staff they are usually so knowledgable and kind. Today when purchasing with the store sales associate Solly I noticed his demeanor was off. I asked him questions about the rewards program and he answered incredibly rudely and barely explained it. He was apathetic and seemed annoyed by all of the customers. I was just hoping for a relaxed and informative experience like I have received in the past, but Solly’s apathetic and rude demeanor made me not want to return.
