Trulieve - Crystal River

I haven’t shopped at Trulieve in a couple of months because it had lost its shine for me, I had a couple instances where the customer service was lack luster. Today completely changed my mind about this location, I was greeted promptly and taken care of by Valarie (I believe that’s her name) she had a wonderful attitude and answered all my questions to help find the products I needed. She was a great budtender and I was very pleased with my visit today, I hope to see her more!

Trulieve in Crystal River has proven to be a consistent source of affordable , high quality products. The staff always has time to educate patients who have questions. Very thorough and informative. A team member in particular- Angela- stands out as exemplary. When trying to navigate the multitude of strains available, an educated- patient team member can make a seemingly stressful situation a much more pleasant and educational experience. The entire team is quite talented. Thank you Angela for being you and bringing your own unique perspective to the patients which you provide a most valuable service to. The location is small- parking can be tricky for some individuals. Overall the Crystal River Trulieve is my go to choice. Pricing fair- Product is excellent and the staff is fantastic. I feel as though a lot of the negative reviews are a direct reflection of the individuals own attitude and perhaps based on unrealistic expectations. Cas is amazing! Always so helpful and informative about the products. She always has patience for me.. It is so important to customer service to feel like you’re heard and that someone’s looking out for what’s good for you you got a keeper!

This is my preferred location! The entire team is amazing, but one person who truly stands out is Robert. He’s consistently friendly, welcoming, and brings such uplifting energy every single time I visit. No matter what kind of day I’m having, he always turns it around with his positivity and genuine kindness. His customer service is top-tier, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the customers experience. I will always recommend this location, and I can’t recommend Robert as a budtender highly enough!
