I live a work nearby and often try to come here after I get out of work, but despite their posted closing time being 8:30pm they are often closed as early as 8:05pm. Recently, I happened to catch them on an evening where the door was open at 8:20pm, big mistake. Shannon was so incredibly rude to me from the minute she saw me “You better be fast we are about to close” is what she chose to say to me instead of hello. My entire order took TWO MINUTES EXACTLY and the entire time Shannon made it extremely obvious she DID NOT want to be helping me. I felt like a nuisance, while I was spending money AT HER STORE. I have worked in a dispensary and was often there well past close helping my customers as I cared deeply about them. Shannon obviously does not care about anyone but herself. Shame on this store and its management for not doing anything about an employee who is obviously a documented problem.
