Trulieve - Delray Beach

The staff is always accommodating, greeting, and warm. The manager, Angela, is phenomenal! Her work ethics should set standards for many other employees and managers. She’s a rare breed with such work ethics . I’m always pleased to see her.

Everybody working @ the Delray Beach location are so nice & cool! They're efficient & customers are serviced quickly! I have only great things to say about my experiences!

Used to.be an awesome 10 star experience the location has gone down hill since they brought Angela back. If she is working for some reason there is always a wait and backup of customers in the lobby. For some odd reason Angela chooses to buy pass me as express every single time she is working and I come in. Being I shop here almost daily I can tell lyou that until Angela moves on you will have to wait longer than the norm. Today for some reason while I was complaining to an associate of hers about her again skipping express no modification to take walk ins she said something behind me to the effect of don't shop here. Is that an official trespass warning ? Should I shop next door or down the street? Around the corner! So many choices, I'll see, she did not say it to my face. I may take up her advice though. Last time I dealt with her I asked her name and she seemed to know I was going to complain so she pushed herself to be nice. But today not so much. Update Dec. 30 2025 So it has been about a month now since I took the hit and wiped out my points early (try never to leave money on the table) at the Boynton location and have since been shopping exclusively at a different dispensary (and a more boutique type experience where you feel at home with friends) per Angela's advice as a Truelieve representative. I figured since I couldn't patronize the most convenient location to me to just avoid spending my money at Truelieve entirely, not going to lie it was a good run, until it wasn't.
