She was incredibly knowledgeable about products currently in stock and suggested a couple of products that I would like based on previous purchases!!! Since moving here from Illinois, I’ve had a hard time finding the right dispensary — but AYR is where it’s at! I was so excited to see they carry Revolution Lost Farm gummies. I’ve been a huge fan of Revolution for years, so finding them here was such a win! I also have to give a big shout-out to Olivia. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and you could genuinely tell she loves what she does. She made my whole experience feel easy and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

For Brandi & for everyone else whose names I do not know—at Phillips highway loc & Beaches loc—you guys are the best! Polite, helpful, respectful and so knowledgeable when I need info! Thank you all. I have been to several other non AYR dispensaries where I have received lots of blank looks and “ I don’t know” comments to any question I ask about their products. I do not return to places that do not value their customers enough to simply provide kindness and attention to a customer. I use Beaches & Phillips because both are near my home, but everyone at both facilities deserve 5 star ratings for treating me with such kindness. Thank you AYR for appreciating your customers!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stopped by Ayr, even though it’s a bit farther from my house than other dispensaries. It had been a while since I’d been in, and I didn’t have my order ready, so I felt a little scattered (and slightly stoned iykyk). Ethan helped me out and was absolutely fantastic. He showed me how to navigate the website to find detailed product info, which I really appreciated since I like checking terpene profiles and dominance of said terps before I buy. That was a game changer for me. He was incredibly pleasant, patient, and went above and beyond,even when I had him run to the back more than once. Not once did he seem bothered. The prices were great too. I actually came back the very next day and scored a sale on three full-gram live resin carts for $60. Big thanks to Ethan, he was genuinely helpful and made the whole experience easy. Promote this man!

Happy to say that Ayr has become my favorite go to. It's not just the great specials or rewards. The staff is so engaging and extremely helpful. I appreciate the vibe in there with Garrett, he is especially knowledgeable and takes the time to talk to you specifically about your needs. Great job man!
