Oksana provided excellent customer service. She took time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I would honestly wait to shop if she wasn’t there because of how good her service is We are not seeing her as much she was my favorite here because of how patient and understanding she is. I came in last week In the last minute and she took in my wife at 8:45pm which is good hospitality we love her and our friends always would like her to be here to assist us through shopping she’s so knowledgeable and helpful please don’t take her for granted . I think she’s more welcoming and patient with all the patients and explains benefits and remembers deals .

RAFAEL FERNANDEZ AND COLT ARE THE BEST THINGS SINCE CHANGED MANAGEMENT. I remember leaving a review of another store associate back a few years ago but I can’t remember them ever being as amazing as Rafael and colt i highly recommend shopping at trulieve their flower has become comparable to other strains I have tried of top tier flower in other parts of Florida.
