I absolutely love Surterra. The people who work there are so helpful and just great!! I was struggling a bit with a decision on a strain thats best for my medical use. This girl Amber who works there knew everything about the options and gave me so much knowledge for future purchases! Shout out to Amber and thank you!

Place is fine people great. Communication on the other hand doesn't exist. Had to drive there to find out system is down. Tried calling no luck. Call line says try chat on line... Doesn't exist.

Amber has such detailed knowledge of all the information. She should be training at corporate level. I know as a local Realtor this is great for sales as I spent so much lol but all much needed and pertains specifically to my conditions and health. I’ll be back and send others.

You can tell he truly cares about his customers and wants them to leave feeling confident and satisfied. That level of consistency and professionalism builds real trust, and it’s something I appreciate every time I walk in. Sarah is just as outstanding. From the moment you interact with her, she makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. She is friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable, and she explains everything clearly without making the experience feel overwhelming. Sarah takes her time, checks in, and ensures you feel confident in your decisions before moving forward. Her positive attitude and calm demeanor make the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. Together, Sarah and Ryan create an environment that feels supportive, professional, and stress-free. They work seamlessly as a team and set a high standard for what customer service should be.
