Trulieve - Merritt Island

Brooke the delivery driver has never failed me yet, she is quite simply, awesome. Had an unexpected appointment at 10, Brooke told me not to worry as she would be there by 9:30, and she was. Do not lose this person from your employ, her wonderful attitude and promptness are an asset to the company!

Trulieve Merritt Island is an excellent store. They’re informative. They explain new products and are always very patient with questions and choices. The Associates, there are fantastic! Don’t be shy to ask questions they’re there to help!

This store is AMAZING. The staff is great, theselection is deep, and I’ve never not gotten help when I needed it. The customer service is a real cut above other places and the products do their job perfectly. Today Reagan helped me and he was nice, funny, professional, and really responsive to my needs. I wish I could give this place more stars.

This place is fantastic. Every member of their staff is happy to help and supply quick service. In particular, Letasha Junior is exceptional. She goes above and beyond. She was kind enough to assist me as the store was closing and I greatly appreciate her for it. Also, if you’re new to this, the staff here is very informative and it’s not intimidating at all.

Worker Bees are all very respectful and up beat,always positive vibes. Top quality product. If there were a negative experience I would say it was the 3 times. Im checking out and they stop and say oh you cant have this its suppose to be on hold "for pick up". Hold on its about to go in my bag but because someone else wants it I dont get it, they do? Why cant you make them pick something else? Not like they paid and Im about to pay first! So what gives what makes them more important? It ain't right! Anyways Truleave 5 star.
