Went into Surterra today and was greeting by Tristan and Justin. Very friendly and knowledgeable about products in the store. Explained the loyalty program and how my points can help me get free stuff. I love coming to this store for the excellent customer service that everyone provides.

I recently visited Surterra in New Port Richey and had an outstanding experience, thanks to two incredibly knowledgeable staff members; Liam and Tristan. From the moment I walked in, both gentlemen were welcoming, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to walk me through the differences between various types of THC, as well as CBD, CBN, and a whole range of cannabinoids I had never even heard of before. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever being condescending, a rare quality. It’s clear that Liam and Tristan truly care about their customers’ experience and want them to leave feeling informed and confident about their choices. I came in with questions and left with real knowledge. I will absolutely be returning to this location, and I look forward to learning even more from these two. If you’re visiting Surterra in New Port Richey, ask for Liam or Tristan, you won’t be disappointed!

NPR Surterra is in my top 2 for best dispensary overall. I visit this location very regularly, and consistently have an amazing experience. The products are top- notch, but the staff is even better!
