Everytime I come in here, I'm treated the way service used to be. Welcoming smiles, by now they know who I am and greet me by name, and have always done an amazing job. Nicky, John and Alicia always help as much as possible. You just don't get this at other dispensaries.

Every time I come into Surrtera the staff is nothing but smiles and amazing vibes with real people extremely helpful and beyond customer service , I would like to give a shout out today it was my birthday and Alicia and the manger went out of their way awesome Marjorie amazing !!! Also today I returned to the store with some questions about the vape and Nicky , yesssss I cleaned my whole house today with no pain from my Crohn's disease with the amazing brand new green crack yes the green crack is amazing and also a big shout out to Chrissy for remembering my birthday ,always and also helping learn all the cartridges and the difference and thank you for your time and patience and knowledge of all your products !!

Eli and Alicia did a great job steering me toward the right Products to ensure I get the relief I need. Always helpful, always knowledgeable. Surterra is my first choice!

Clean store and pleasant staff a guy named Jonathan served me in the Ocala Florida store and he was friendly helpful and also promoted products I didn’t know was available. Wich I did purchase and was pleased at the quality. All in all a great experience and it was nice to have my tip refused most other places expect a tip but Jonathan wouldn’t take one. I will be a constant customer at this dispensary because of the great experience I had. That’s the one in Ocala Florida great place great people .
