Im a new customer, only second time coming. Haven’t had any issues, staff is really kind. Kayla and her coworker helped me check out and make sure my pick up order is all good. Kayla was sweet and helped me out the door since i’m in a leg brace and a crutch. She was super sweet and has great style :)

First time here, I've been to a few dispensaries around jax but robb at this one was was incredibly friendly and helpful in finding what I needed. Usually feel pretty awkward going into dispensaries to get what i need but he was super chill and genuinely happy to help me out. I'm not familiar with terpines and talking about that stuff just goes right over my head, he was good at just simply describing what each strain typically feels like, and he made sure I got the best discount! I'll definitely be back!

I stopped by a few minutes ago and was greeted by Leslie. She was well educated on all the products and helped me through out my order. As I was waiting for my order we made small talk about sewing and etc. Overall amazing customer service and experience at the Orange Park location.
