This location is certainly one of, if not the best trulieve in Jacksonville. Every single employee is a true asset to the company but I consider Will a real gem! He always takes a few moments to discuss products and ALWAYS helps me find the best sale that day. I constantly recommend this location to others because of their amazing customer service in a time when it seems non existent even within the hospitality field. Most employees greet me by name, managers included! Thank you trulieve 💚
