I shop at trulieve on west colnialnalmost every day and have come to love the staff there..I want to recognize the manager Mr. Hazel. He has really improved the level of customer service. I am extremely impressed with how he takes care of his customers and how enjoyable he makes the experience feel. I am so glad he is at this location. Thanks Haze!

I was helped by a guy with long hair that just seemed out of it. He wasn’t helpful while I was trying to select a concentrate I picked some and then decided I wanted a disposable / cart and I was asking him questions and he’s just loading the shelf so I said you know what I’ll just take what I have . You don’t give customers your back when they’re trying to engage with you on the products available that are actually medicine so descriptions are necessary. I go to trulieve in every city in florida this serviceat this location was not good. The store was empty at 5:30 pm that should say a lot .
