I visited to pick up an order, but the lobby was empty. Several people were waiting, and after about 5-10 minutes, multiple employees came out from the back. Why wasn’t one person at the front to greet customers if their doorbell was broken? Customers and our time should not be penalized for your lack of equipment. If only one person was working, I can understand why they might be struggling. However, having multiple people in the back without anyone checking for customers is poor business practice. Once they finally came out and started asking for IDs, the person in front of me went to the next room after showing hers. I followed suit because the lady didn’t instruct me to wait in the lobby. However, when I went to the next room, she became rude telling me I’m going to have to wait. Why would she expect me to know that? Why did she assume I had been there before? Was there not a more friendly way she could’ve told me to wait in the lobby? This is the only dispensary I’ve ever visited that makes you wait in the lobby after taking your ID. Even the other Trulieve I used to visit had patients go into the show room after showing ID. The counter staff was friendly, but it wasn’t enough to compensate for the rude lady who handled the ID process. I’ve already stopped going to Trulieve as much because I find their competitors’ products better. But the attitude and arrogance of the woman at this location solidifies my decision to not shop with Trulieve anymore.
I’ve been going to Trulieve dispensaries since I moved to Florida 3years ago beginning with Old Kings Rd in Palm Coast. I’ve had generally good experiences with several of their dispensaries but the standout for me is located at State Road 100 in Palm Coast. The manager,Matt is friendly, knowledgeable and professional who really takes the time to be helpful while his assistant,Sasha(aka…”hurricane girl”) was very gregarious as well. Thank you both and happy holidays…Steve
In my opinion this is the best dispensary in Northeast Florida. The lead manager and his female assistant manager you are very knowledgeable about their jobs. They were both very kind and patient with helping me with some discount issues I was having now we've got everything fixed thanks to the both of you. K Kirk.
Their management team of Matt, Casey, Britany, Mandy, are amazing they go above and beyond to help. I would recommend the store to anyone at any time and I go there at least three times a week. Matt is the absolute best. The other workers in the store, Mandy and Michelle are awesome as well. They always make you feel like you are important and you’re the only one in the store Which is really nice.
This is the best dispensary in Palm Coast. I have been going to this store on 100 since they opened, they have an amazing team. Matt, is incredible answering questions and informing me on products. His management team of Mandy, Brittney and Casey are awesome, no matter how busy the store is, they never rush you and always have a smile on their face. A shout out to Bianca and Michelle for always making me feel welcome and that I am the only one in the store. I have boycotted other dispensary because I absolutely love the way this is run…and the product is always top grade. Thanks for always being there.
