Curaleaf's delivery is a lifesaver! Maddie had my order here the next day 😃 Staff is helpful. Just know if you need to call, ask to be transferred to your LOCAL store, bc the calls go to an off site call center & they don't know anything- about anything 😬Told me this store DID NOT deliver last month. 🤷

Chris, who I believe is the store manager, provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at this store. If you’re looking for a prime example to teach your employees, this is it—it’s not the best. They could talk all they want and be the most friendly people, but the only thing they need to do is their job: pick up the items and give them to the customer. That’s it.

Placed an order online and paid for it. My total was $50. When I went to pick it up they said they canceled my order because I didn’t pick it up the same day, which was the day before. I didn’t receive an email or notification that my order was canceled which would have prevented me from wasting my time drive up there. So when they ring up my 5 items it was $150 instead of the original 50. They offered me my own nine dollars in rewards off. Lesson learned

This was my first visit to a Curaleaf dispensary, and I can not stress enough how very PLEASED I am with my experience & with how well I was treated by HEATHER (and everyone in the shop 😎)!! I have had a medical card for probably close to 10yrs all together between NV & FL - But I am still a Newbie, because I have never had ANYONE in the dispensaries be very helpful, or willing to take the time to talk to me, answer questions, or “explain” anything. I have always more less been told to look at the menu/offerings & make selections… The lovely ladies in the shop tonight not only made sure that I got all of my discounts & the most “bang for my buck”, but they also made sure to give me a Product Use Journal so that I could track my reactions to different strains, and told me not to feel badly about asking questions about this stuff! For the very first time in 10yrs - I didn’t feel like I had walked out of a dispensary after just spending a ton of cash on a bunch of products that I probably wouldn’t use a lot of because they wouldn’t work for me, and I would end up doing it again & again because I still didn’t feel comfortable asking anyone anything to get any closer to getting answers! Heather & coworker - Did such an amazing job at putting me at ease, answering all of my questions, helping to figure out how to journal comfortably, also told me that I am not the only one who feels this way sometimes, and it’s okay to feel a little lost - but they are there to help! Heather was/is so awesome, so friendly, helpful, kind - and also ensured that Ingot all of the discounts, every last possible “bang for my buck”! Can not recommend this store to anyone MORE! RUN HERE IMMEDIATELY!! —Kelly

I used to rate Curaleaf a three star store. I did not like the VIBE. It felt too corporate for me but didn’t have the quality that I expect from corporate. Please check out the videos and see what they did! This has become a Top 10 store for me. I can go in and see the strains of cannabis and enjoy the terpene profiles that I need to know about now! This has me totally willing to enjoy the corporate feel with the quality I expect when paying a higher price. The staff today, Heather, was very personable and I appreciate the time she took to ensure I had what I needed and knew what it was. Thanks Curaleaf for making it to FIVE stars!
