Trulieve - Port Charlotte

Went and picked up some bud and concentrates tonight, was immediately helped by Kaylee who was very knowledgeable, She helped with choosing the best products for me and had a very great, easy experience, would absolutely shop here again and will in the future.

This trulieve is one of the best trulieve markets available. From the customer wait time, to the bud-tenders, to the products itself. Always good, always kind and always giving the best deals. I’ve ran into Kaylee the past few times. Funny girl, great conversationalist, &a cool personality! Thanks for being the bud-tenders for me. You’re awesome guys.

I love this place! The Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Donna went above and beyond to find a product for me that was not showing up on the website. I appreciate the entire Staff! Shop here for the best people and products.

This 5 stars is specifically for Kim M. I live where either the Punta Gorda store or the Port Charolette store are equal distance from my house. I go almost every other day or more to Trulieve. If I choose this store it is only because of Kim. She is INCREDIBLY hard working, constantly picking up the slack of the other employees, constantly multi tasking AND always sweet even when they are packed or the computers are giving everyone a hard time. Out of every employee I’ve interacted with there I would choose Kim over all and is the ONLY reason I even still stop there. I would really like corporate to acknowledge her and her hard work and dedication. She knows what she is doing and it shows and you need more of that in all your stores. Please praise her and show her you are grateful for her demeanor and ability to get the job done and right. I’ve left 5 stars more than once for the Punta Gorda store because they deserve it. I am leaving one here ONLY because of Kim. Please recognize her. She is a valuable part of your team and especially that store. *coughs* Raise!!!!
