I had an excellent experience at Curaleaf, and I’m honored to be their 1,000th review. Chris was absolutely amazing. He took the time to really listen to my needs, answered all of my questions with patience, and gave thoughtful insight into the products that would best support my day-to-day goals for healing and relief. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling informed, supported, and confident in my choices. The level of care and knowledge Chris provided made a real difference in my experience. If you’re looking for a dispensary that prioritizes education, compassion, and true wellness, this is the place. The employees here are amazing! Definitely a breath of fresh air! Mayra, Delaney, Nathan, Chris, Marc, Rob and the rest are always so kind, mindful and full of knowledge! 10 outta 10 store!

Very disorganized experience and most horrific customer service from Myra. Ordering ahead for pickup made no difference—I still had to wait behind walk-ins, with no explanation or benefit for pre-ordering. While other 2 staff were friendly, Myra's customer service was lacking for better words. Excessive socializing (including long personal conversations and interactions with dogs) delayed service despite a long line. I waited patiently and even though I was pick up and there was another walk in that came behind me somehow I winded up at the end of the line I guess because I didn't know my real and she kept moving around my bag that the gentleman had put in order. After patiently waiting for all the customers to be attended and finally I was the only one that hadn't been there was only two Bud tenders and one was handling the other customer Myra wrapped up with personal fishing trip conversation with a customer she currently had, then left the counter to hug and chat with another customer instead of helping the next and Final person waiting. After waiting the longest, I had to ask if a manager or someone else could assist me. I was redirected back to Myra, who said she thought another employee had helped me—which clearly was not the case since I was still standing there. When I pointed this out, she became defensive, refused to complete my order, and passed it to another staff member. This occurred between approximately 12:00–12:20 p.m. Management should review camera footage, as the behavior was unprofessional and indicates a need for training. Not to mention the horrible example this is for our industry that we are trying to show is just as professional as any other medical industry. Try going to a Publix or Walmart pharmacy having to wait for people to socialize and then get mad and say they're not going to give you medication or deal with you because you asked if someone can help you!

Today’s experience was not pleasant. Normally the cashier lets me know of the deals the gentleman, Marc that rang me out today kept calling me love, and was so concerned with asking me personal questions he did not inform me of the deals. I had to ask him after reading it on the receipt. ( i’m sure it was a note for him to ask me if I wanted to add to my order) Marc needs to be concerned with doing his job instead of trying to have personal conversations and calling people love. I have a name and I am tired of poor customer service and people not addressing you properly. Also never argue with your customer when you know you were in the wrong.

This is a great store! The staff truly treat you like family from the moment you walk in. They consistently go above and beyond to help with anything you need, and their knowledge about their products is impressive. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
