Trulieve - Seffner

Trulieve Seffner is hands down one of the best dispensaries in the Tampa area. The staff is always friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and provides a welcoming atmosphere. A special shoutout to Maria for always being so patient and helpful—she truly goes above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what I need. This location can get busy at times, so just be prepared and, most importantly, be kind to the hardworking team. Highly recommend this location for quality products and top-notch customer service! P.S. - There are different entrances and exits to the store, so keep that in mind when visiting.

Everytime I come in here there always so helpful and even when a product isn't as expected they handle the situation professionally and always are so nice

The young woman appeared quite reserved and carried herself in a strong, somewhat guarded way. It was a bit difficult to understand where she was coming from, and at times, her demeanor came across as assertive. The young man, on the other hand, seemed knowledgeable and genuinely interested in being supportive. He encouraged the woman he was speaking with and did his best to maintain a positive tone. She, too, seemed to put in effort to stay helpful and maintain good spirits. It’s a challenging environment, and I imagine there’s a lot happening behind the scenes that influences how people present themselves.
