AYR Cannabis Dispensary - Spring Hill

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. I was in the area due to a serious medical emergency at the hospital. I was expecting to be treated with kindness and courtesy but the staff working on Sunday evening before closing were very passive-aggressive. Then I was told that the staff were unaware of any pre-roll promotions, and that each store has different ‘door busters.’ Every time I shop here I get different information about promotions and points. I really expected the employees to be more knowledgeable.

Jazmin was excellent with service she had no issues going back and changing out products that I did not want because I found something else that was either better or cheaper or more in my budget as well as being very knowledgeable to what kind of product I was looking for.

I wandered in search of fine herb and wiser counsel, and lo, I found both within these walls. The folk here know their craft as scholars know their tomes, guiding travelers with patience and good cheer. Questions are met with insight, not haste, and one leaves feeling better armed for the road ahead. Of the blossoms I have sampled, Champagne Kush sits upon my throne—rich, smooth, and worthy of quiet reflection beside a fading fire. I shall return when my pouch runs light.

This is my most favorite dispensary ever. The people are always friendly and helpful. I'm always happy to talk to Aja, and other employees. I try to never go anywhere else. Product is great and prices are reasonable. -Genevieve

I always love coming into AYR! They have such kind staff, amazing prices and products! Today when I walked in, Nick had helped me with several questions and was so sweet and knowledgeable! I thank him very much for his guidance and recommendation on what to get. The flower he recommended is so good and helpful!
