House of Platinum Cannabis - Spring Hill

I went in in the past.This is like my third time here. The guy working today was like the best ever. I got here about 5:50. He helped me answer all my questions was super.Nice. Very understanding, I say he is a highly valued employee. I really like their vapes the best.

The two people working this morning were amazing but the fact that last time I came I couldn't use my first time discount because the whole menu was on sale they said I can save it like every other dispensary in Florida but when I came in today they wouldn't let me use it because it was my second time there. I was very confused. The people were great tho dont lose him and her. The place could use some touching up as well. Thanks guys

If you like seeds on your flowers, this is the place. Don't be fooled by the new name; it's all the same.

I stopped coming to this place when it was House of Platinum, and with the new name One Plant, I thought things would change — but they didn’t. It’s still the same old garbage. The flower is full of seeds, it burns bad, and the quality is terrible. Nothing about this place has improved — just a new name, same bad product, same bad service, and the same old lies about discounts. They don’t honor discounts fairly. I’ve seen it happen where they’ll give certain people deals and others get nothing. If they like you, they’ll let you stack discounts; if they don’t, they’ll make up excuses. They have a $75 of $150 renewal deal, and when I called to ask if I could use it with other discounted items, they told me yes. But when I went to the new location in Brandon, they wouldn’t let me use it. While I was there, I told them I was going to head over to the other location — the one I had actually called earlier that day, where they told me the discount would be honored. After I said that, they put something in the system to block me from getting the discount altogether. They didn’t care that I came from a long distance and wasn’t local. It just showed how unfair and unprofessional they are — they’ll tell you one thing on the phone and do something completely different when you show up. So like I said — same old crap, just under a different name. Don’t waste your time or money here. If you want real quality and fair treatment, I recommend Planet 13, GoldFlower, and a few other spots that actually care about their customers and stand behind what they sell. If anyone wants to know the best places to go for good flower without seeds, and great service, and real discounts, reply to this review — I’ll point you in the right direction.

I liked One Plant when it first opened back up. Then I noticed the bags are light. Very light. I wont go back until they address their weight in their product. I weighed them. Half of the 1/8oz i had were 2.5g the rest were about 3g. This is not acceptable. I wondered why the product didn't last. So I started weighing the product. Thats when I decided ro go back to Curaleaf. Might cost a little more. But at least I get what I pay for. You can weigh the product wet. Then bag it up dry. Not happening! I really hope someone can give curaleaf a run for their money before they get too big. Yall need to step up! The staff was very kind and helpful. It's not their fault.
