INSA Cannabis Dispensary - Tallahassee

This morning I came in to get some concentrates and spoke with Jen. She was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me choose the perfect item to maximize my budget. Savannah (the other staff member today) also came to the front and helped to make my experience positive and easy. All in all the combination of friendly staff, great products and affordable pricing means Insa gets 5/5 in my book! Thanks Jen & Savannah !!

Back in late 2023, I paid a first time visit to Insa and picked up a dozen eights of different strains to try out. Not too impresed with the quality of flower that I received, I decided not to pay them a second visit, & my rounds to other dispensaries in the area until I eventually tired of them all. Fast forward to November 2025, & I decided to give Insa another go, & man am I glad that I did! I'd say that Insa has definitely stepped it up in terms of the quality of flower since my last visit. The cure seems much more dialed in as well. Especially their reserve line. I purchased about ten strains this time around, and out of the 10, I can say that I'll definitely be returning for every last one of the reserve line items that I picked up time. I experienced a bit of difficulty throughout the process, but I'm thankful to have been blessed with such an angel in the form of an amazing budtender by the name of Jen who was both gracious & patient enough to assist me in ensuring that I receive no old, stale flower (like I did my last time there), walked me through it all, provided me insightful & helpful information, all while making this an amazing experience in the process. (This is what made what would've otherwise been a harrowing experience for me, into an amazing one.) I'll be honest & admit... it doesn't help that she's mesmerizingly pretty & so naturally charming, that she could sell water to a whale. Insa...whatever you guys are compensating this young lady for her time & expertise, it truly is not enough. With the stellar customer service & lineup of fire strains, Insa may become my new go-to dispo. Keep up the great work guys!

Joel was an absolute pleasure to shop with. He knew each product so well and could describe it for me so I found everything I was looking for. The on sale items were at such a good price we saved my first time 50% off discount for another day. I definitely recommend checking out Insa! If you do stop by ask for Joel… he’s absolutely awesome!!
