Trulieve - Tampa Busch

First, let me say Thank You to Jamasin for helping me out, I had lost my glasses and could not order without them and it was 10 minutes to closing time. He’s very knowledgeable about the products and has excellent customer service..

You guys are awesome. I was the one that was ready to fight that guy that was being rude to you guys trying to exchange money with his wife at the counter. You guys dealt with that so gracefully. Just for the record, too: both him and his wife were out in the parking lot giving their purchases to a truck full of other people. I'd stop serving them if I were you guys. I'm sure you'll remember exactly who they were and who I am.

I am a loyal customer since 2020 and I go to this store so often since it's more convenient for me and I don't need to go far to get my prescription, but today wasn't a good day for the associate here this morning. With me being a Manager in a Retail Company, I completely understand it can be sometimes very frustrating at work places, but what you shouldn't ever do is take it on the customers. I politely asked the lady there "How are you mam?" How's your day going?" And her answer was rude and non-communicative towards me... I really don't want to have to go to another store due to the ZERO customer service here, which by the way, it's not the first time it has happened in this store on Busch. As I left I also saw that she never gave me my receipt so I can actually name the person. She just dropped the Prescription in the bag and gave it to me without saying at least "Thank you and have a great day" or whatever they are trained to do... No Customer Service at all....... She also was talking about how busy and inpatient she was when I was the only one there to pickup my prescription... The Store in Dale Mabry and North Florida Ave are so awesome and really engaged with the customers. They really treat you like family. I hope this gets resolved fast because I doubt that I am the only one treated this way at this location. Thanks and God bless.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Trulieve location on Busch. I spent around $100 during my visit, and the customer service was honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced at any dispensary. The employee who helped me seemed extremely annoyed to be at work and came across as rude and dismissive the entire time. I asked a simple question about whether there were any discounts available, and instead of a polite response, I received a snarky remark that made the interaction very uncomfortable. I visit dispensaries regularly—usually every week or two—and in my experience, most places treat customers with kindness and professionalism. Even if the answer to my question was simply “no,” that would have been perfectly fine. There’s just no reason to respond to a paying customer with attitude. Customer service matters, especially when someone is spending their money in your store. Because of how I was treated during this visit, I won’t be returning to this location. I would rather spend my money elsewhere or even travel farther to a dispensary that treats customers respectfully. I’m not expecting anyone to go out of their way for me—just basic courtesy and professionalism. *****She is white, on the heavy side and had piercing in different parts of her face — only saying this so other can be aware and go to another rep!!! FYI OMG!!!!!!! I decided to open all my purchases and to my surprise!!one order was empty!!!!! And mind you I always shake them to see if there’s something there but because I thought that maybe was stuffed nothing move so I said OK I’ll wait till I get home but to my surprise it was empty!!!. I know it will be hard to prove so I won’t waist my gas since it was out of my commute, but for others check your orders before walking out!!!!!

Very unprofessional experience. I walked in and no one greeted me, so I waited to be called up. Then someone else walked in, and they were helped right away. The only reason I was acknowledged was because another customer pointed out that I had been there first. The manager with multicolored hair was extremely rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone — it honestly felt like she was barking at me. Completely unacceptable behavior.
