Trulieve - Lady Lake (The Villages)

Trulieve is my favorite dispensary, and this has become my new favorite location. It's located very close to another Trulieve so the wait is never very long. I always place a pre-order just in case. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. There is also info provided to read on the counter yourself. Marcus and Niki are both names that I want to mention being polite and accommodating.

The team at Trulieve are very knowledgeable and so helpful. As a novice coming into the world of cannabis medications, they have been extremely helpful in bringing me up to date on the varying species of cannabis, their medicinal properties and coaching me along on what blends are best for me. I have also had two home deliveries, and am thoroughly impressed with the discreetness and private sensitivity the staff bring when arriving at my doorstep. All their products are great, and wanted to recommend Blake as great go to Trulieve staff member. Blake has assisted me several times, and he always is respectful, knowledgeable and very genuine. I honestly have no negative things to say. Thanks Trulieve, you're a blessing to a chronic pain sufferer.

The staff is always great and patient if you have questions about any product. Online ordering is the best and it's usually ready by the time I drive there and pick it up. They have great specials sometimes too.

When I visited this location the manager Money Meg was just that, MONEY. She was very helpful and quick, all while displaying a big smile. I've only visited this location twice but I'll be coming back for sure.

My recent visit to your dispensary was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of Patricia. This experience has convinced me not to return. From the outset, her demeanor was unwelcoming. After taking my card and handing it back, she stared at me for a minute before abruptly asking, "Well, what do you want?" When I mentioned it was my first time there, she took my card back and proceeded to create my profile, which took eight minutes of standing in silence. During this time, she did not provide a menu or any information, instead muttered under her breath. Once my profile was finally created, Patricia again asked what I wanted. I reiterated that it was my first visit and I was unfamiliar with the available products. She sighed heavily and handed me an iPad with the menu, which lacked detailed descriptions of the strains. When I inquired about the Pineapple Upside Down Cake strain, she pointed to some technical details in the corner of the screen, which I found confusing and unhelpful. Patricia mentioned that Trulieve aims to educate customers on these details but then provided no further explanation. Her suggestion to consult my friends about the strain was impractical, as I would have had to leave and ask them about it. Eventually, I resorted to looking up the information on my phone while she stood there muttering under her breath. At one point, she remarked, "You seem smarter than most people who come in here. I didn't think I'd have to explain this stuff to you." This was both insulting and inappropriate.After finally selecting a few products, Patricia was quick to retrieve and ring them up. However, she dropped my receipt and change on the counter rather than handing them to me, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. Overall, Patricia's rude behavior, the slow service, and the unwelcoming atmosphere made for a highly unpleasant experience. After discussing this with friends who have also had negative encounters with Patricia, I learned that complaints have been made about her in the past. It is concerning that she remains employed there, indicating a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.
