I’ve been coming to Trulieve Venice for a while now, and it’s always a smooth, professional experience. I notice a lot of negative reviews that seem more like reflections of people’s bad moods than the store itself. If you come in with patience and a good attitude, the staff here takes great care of you. Anyone complaining about wait times or express orders probably doesn’t understand how the process works — and honestly, getting your medicine here is a lot easier (and safer) than the old black-market days. Trulieve Venice does a great job overall.

This was one of my best experiences with Trulieve. the gentleman asked me what was my best enjoyable or needed. He was great with me I know it is Thursday. and they were busy all over the stores everywhere. We call them a snowbirds We become second class Trulieve makes you always feel on top.

Venice Trulieve is my go to spot. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always seem to be in a great mood. The products are reliable and they carry products recommended by my doctor that I can’t find anywhere else. I give this particular Trulieve in Venice, five stars and if I could give their staff 10 stars I would! Thanks Trulieve!

Ordered last night online- got corfirm order was packed and ready this am and i should check in for faster checkout. Sounds good, so i did it. Showed up in the am on my way to work after they open. 25 mins later i gave up waiting in waiting room and was late to work because i bothered to wait. I gave up and left.. my boss wouldnt care of my excuse why i am late. (Getting my weed)! Thanks for wasting my morning time and making me late because this location doesnt have its act together. Maybe its the computer, i dont know or care. I run my business better and wouldnt lie saying ill be right with you.. (25 mins later still waiting). You lost my sale, my business permanently. Ill go to Muv where i have NO delays or problems like this at ALL. Seems trulieve has gotten too big to operate correctly. Nothing will replace my time or lost earnings nor make up for your screwups. Work on it, trulieve!!
