MÜV - Winter Haven

Sage from W.H location was the greatest service I've ever had at any location. Though I'm fairly new to being a patient HE was so informative and knowledgeable making this my Now Muv to this location from now on. I appreciate this company and how they treat us patients with compassion. He is a great associate to ure company and guess what he only been doing this for a month. Whhhhat. That's what u call dedication. He deserves his raise ♥ when it's due.

I Visited the Winter Haven Location today and I had an amazing experience! Angelica and Sage were very sweet, nice and exceptionally knowledgeable about the products that they sell. This has been one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in a very long time. Both Angelica and Sage are absolutely amazing and beautiful souls. Great service as always. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. And they recommend me the right stuff. All the time even when I look to change to a new product. They always point me in the right direction. I always enjoy stopping by. They're close by the house. And pricing is very good and products are awesome. This is my spot I recommend to come by as well you won't be disappointed

Angelica was AMAZING!! From the second I walked in, her energy was unmatched. She was super knowledgeable about all the discounts and made everything so easy to understand. You can tell she genuinely loves the MÜV brand, and that passion made the whole experience fun, relaxed, and welcoming. Seriously top-tier customer service — she went above and beyond and made my visit a 10/10. I’ll definitely be back because of her!

I had an amazing experience with Michael today at the Winter Haven location, 1/06/26. He helped me out with navigating my promo codes and points I had accumulated so that I could get the best deal possible (14 grams for $10! The rewards program is definitely worth it). Michael truly did an amazing job of answering my questions, as well as asking questions and basically performing the worlds quickest and most successful consultation. He even recommended a personal favorite, that I really look forward to trying, while helping me with figuring out what new strains (my primary interest was flower and trying a new strain or two) would best suit my taste and what I was looking for. Michael's smile and laughter is also infectious and bound to leave you in a better mood than you walked in with! Every MÜV needs a Michael.
