This store is clean and the staff is super friendly and fast. I ordered online and they had my order ready 6 hours before I scheduled it to be picked up 😲 and when I walked in it only took them MINUTES to prepare my order! You guys blow my mind. Definitely recommend and they always have some pretty amazing deals going on

They have great products. Good people, UNTIL I needed help. I'm a disabled veteran, go in here on average of 1 a week for 2 years. Then I needed help and they would rather debate weather to help me instead of just helping me. They did come out and try to assist, but I had already solved my problem myself. Been going here faithfully for 2 years, I don't think I'll ever go back due to this incident. This is the problem with society today, can't figure out weather to help someone, or not.

We normally love this place - it’s clean, the staff are kind, and they have great deals - but my boyfriend and I visited over Labor Day Weekend in September and he was over charged $80+ on his order. We have been calling frequently to follow up and to get this issue resolved and the money refunded to no avail. We desperately want to come back and visit, but are unsure if it’s worth it for us to make the drive knowing we still are waiting for this money back. It’s truly frustrating that it has been 2.5 months when we were promised a refund within 2 weeks.

I was highly offended and unappreciated the way I was treated. My drivers license expired that day but it should have been at midnight on the day of my birthday instead of expiring .the night b4 on the 28th. They told me to leave and I have been their several times and spent so much money and I was treated like that so I guess they wanted to keep my 35 percent off

Buyers beware! My second time going to this dispensary they gave me the wrong product. I open my brown bag up at home and the big label says grape GMO and the small label said what I ordered which was Gravy MAC. My Mom ordered the same thing and our flower looked entirely different, mine was very dark hers was bright green. I took a picture of the bag and emailed thrive on the 19th and they never responded. I go in today to make another purchase and I opened the brown bag to look at the labels and they told me I couldn't do that. Meanwhile I was waiting to see what they'd do about the last order that was wrong. They said the watched the footage from that day and there inventory wasn't wrong so they would do nothing about it. The 7gs of grape GMO was significantly lower in THC it was 0.28 what I paid for was over 21.0 They could've given me store credit or something, but no. So basically if they mess up, even if you have photo evidence, they won't do anything about it. I even asked if they could hold up the bags so I could see if the labels matched before I purchased them and that was a no go too. I won't buy from somewhere that can mess up my order and do nothing about it or provide anyway for the buyer to check the merchandise before purchase. That's theft, in a sneaky form.
