Ascend Cannabis - Collinsville

This is my go-to place for all things cannabis. The prices are competitive and when they have sales, which is frequently, you can score some really killer deals! Today, my budtender was Desiree. She was very friendly and got me on my way with an excellent product! I highly (no pun intended, lol) recommend Ascend if you're looking for great products at a decent price AND fantastic customer service!

I'm a Medical card holder and had Lauren helping me, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a very enjoyable experience with her, she also checked all prices for me which I appreciated. The computer system was acting up on scanning and the Manager was needed to enter two types of product and he was very nice also!!! So very impressed with Lauren and Ascend!!!

I really like Ascend alot. They helped with the medical card process start to finish. Adam is awesome and Jonathan is my fav barista,lol...he's friendly and really cool. Easy to chat with,.go in...See for yourself!!!

I said my Budtender was good (3 Stars). Good should be (4 Star). Definitely room for improvement with her attitude. I enjoy four star when I spend good money. She acted put out by any question or comment.

High prices with low quality products. I purchased a disposable pen that was empty. I was given a card to reach out to customer service via email unable to get help in person. I send the email with photos and do not hear back for 3 weeks. I called and they stated they never check that email and it isn’t the correct one and I needed to resend and file a claim. 3 weeks later I finally am able to reach somebody via email who applies credits to my account. Miscommunication with customers and within themselves.
