Harbory Medical Cannabis Dispensary

So I'm new to all of this and have only been to a few dispensaries, this one is gorgeous! Staff was super friendly and patient with me. I'm autistic and very easily overwhelmed, no one made me feel insecure or ashamed. The accessories store was awesome, nice to have it separate from getting my supplies. I'm not from the area but should I make my way back down I'll stop in even I don't NEED to.

Great! We came and got some super easy! You can pre order, the first day I went inside to order off a tablet thing, the employees were super helpful! I will definitely coming back, the only down side was they didn’t have any flower bud in stock for recreational users at the time!

I didn't have to wait in line to long.very nice place and a good variety to choose from!!! Brandon was very nice and very polite!!! He most definitely was able to show me the best products for my needs!!! I got vape the pen and I absolutely love it!!!I most definitely recommend trying this place out you won't be disappointed at all!!! Hands down to all of the very amazing workers!!! All of the stuff will have you coming back for me!!!

With Recreational being still VERY new, this could've been worse but could've been better too. Line outside was about 30 deep in front of me, it took about an hour to get inside, where there was another 30 people allowed at a time. You take a number and sit. They have menus on the tables to look at, but admittedly they weren't the most detailed with no THC% on anything listed. Only had two types of flower (which was very dry) and was pre-packaged and you couldn't smell or see it beforehand. I'm a pretty seasoned smoker and have been to four Rec states, was a little disappointed to find you can only buy 3.5 grams of flower at this location if you're an out of state resident. One positive was the tax was already included on the price. Overall I wasn't put off by the line or wait, but definitely would recommend them trying to prepare people outside a little more to expedite the process. Happy to pay a little more than street prices to help the legalization cause.

It's interesting to see the customer service and speed at which the line moves get WORSE as time goes on. January saw this establishment doing well in spite of the extreme volume of customers. Now the selection is even more limited, prices seem to be even higher, and, to add insult to injury, the line has slowed even further due to low staffing. I do not foresee the unlicensed dealers losing any business in the future if this trend continues. It's a shame that, by effectively being the only show in town, they have become satisfied with providing the barest minimum of customer service.
