Before making an appointment with the doctor, I had questions on how everything worked. I was able to talk with someone who was very kind and he answered all of my questions. He also helped with the forms I had to fill out which was actually pretty easy. I have online portals with my regular doctors so I took my most recent appointment sheets with my diagnosis on there and attached it to my forms which helped the process go faster! I completed the forms in 30 minutes one afternoon and had an appointment the next day. The virtual appointment with the doctor was very easy. She was very educated and had wonderful manners!
