Absolutely my favorite! Everyone is awesome and so welcoming! The choices are phenomenal & hands down best pricing around ! I would recommend them over and over again! Service is terrible. Staff is rude for no reason. They can’t answer questions on products, talk condescending to customers. Don’t recommend.

Been going to this dispensary for a couple years and have always had a good experience. Yesterday I placed an order, got a text that the order was ready. Called to verify, I have had issues ordering before, and let them know I will be up to pickup after work. Got there and was told they don't have my order. Blamed it on some inventory issue. Never called or texted to let me know. Would have been nice if they just admitted that they sold my order to someone else. Long drive for nothing and to be treated like crap from the guy working the counter. Good thing coastal roots just opened and knows how to treat loyal customers!!

Great knowledgeable staff, excellent products Edit 7/14/23 Really upset and disappointed. We visited the store today, as we saw there was some new stuff on the menu. One of the staff members (blonde, female) scanned us in. She barely smiled upon greeting us, and hardly spoke letting us in. Her attitude was abrupt and her manner curt and unfriendly. We are local patrons, who have spent literal thousands in this establishment, and will not be returning to be treated in such a way anytime soon. Her coworker counterpart was very friendly and helpful, and embarrassed by the formers behavior.
