RISE Dispensary Amherst [Medical]

Considering how close this location is from my house, RISE was the first medical dispensary I went to as soon as I printed out my temporary card at Staples. I love how much parking is available! I'm still figuring out the vibe with the entrance specifically (do I need to flash my medical card or can I just smile and present it inside?) as someone inside has to let you in. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kathryn on two separate occasions -- during my initial experience and now my 2nd visit. Kathryn was extremely sociable and friendly; she walked me through using the big menu touchscreen and gave me suggestions based on what I was looking for. She helped me register for their rewards and made sure my vape order matched what type of pen I had. I also got a tote bag! It was a lovely experience! I ordered through the website on my second visit, but I had the flexibility of adding things to my order in person before paying for it. Kathryn met me at the door with a big smile and was super helpful in helping me find a particular strain on their menu. Kai was super friendly and chill! She was happy to answer a few more questions I had about rewards and such. Overall, I had a great experience and looking forward to visiting again! Thanks for the good vibes every time!! 😁😁

*You must order online before arrival at this place.* There was no line when I went in the afternoon. I had a pleasant experience getting my order quickly. Payment options are cash or debit. The atmosphere is very relaxed and they have some options for component pieces and extras.

RISE of Amherst!!! I always enjoy my visits to RISE. The service is excellent, friendly, and professional. The selections are both affordable and DELICIOUS!! And the deals are always going on (like everyday). My latest trip to RISE was to bring in a leaky cart I had gotten the other day from them. The person at the counter quickly identified the problem, answered all of my concerns, and replaced the cart for free despite the fact that I had lost the package. I also got their new strain "White Durban" (ON SALE!!!), which is now the best tasting flower I have ever tried. Anyhow well worth my time and money. Thanks Rise!

I stopped by Rise last spring and was helped by Lia and Kathryn. They were both extremely welcoming and kind, and spent a lot of time assisting me and the other customer in the shop with what we needed. The two of them were very friendly and I promised them I would write a positive review since I’d had such a great experience, but I’m a really forgetful person, and it totally slipped my mind. I just found their cards though, and I thought now is as a good of a time to do it as any. I still remember the enamel Easter pin one of them was wearing. Thank you, Lia and Kathryn, for helping me out last year!

I've been a client of Rise Amherst since they opened in 2015 and have never been disappointed. It's the best shop in the Valley. Kathryn is my favorite bud person as her smile and enthusiasm pretty much light up the entire place. She's never led me wrong with her guidance and recommendations. The entire staff at Rise Amherst is top notch. I've never, ever, had a bad experience with anyone, and they all give their very best. Rock Stars! All of them. Get your happy on at the happiest place in town :-)
