Central Ave Compassionate Care is hands-down the best medical-only dispensary around. I’ve been coming here for years, and they consistently set the bar for quality, care, and professionalism. The budtenders are phenomenal — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on medical needs, not just sales. A few of my all-time favorite budtenders work here, and they always make sure I leave with exactly what works best for me. Absolutely hands down the best place with the best people and the best prices. I refuse to buy my medicine anywhere else. Also they're one of the only places I know that partnered with a doctor's office and you can use your insurance (they take most insurances, but not all) to get or renew your medical card. The staff is great, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great little dispensary, very friendly staff, good prices and awesome quality. their live resin's are just amazing, Crispy Commission / Cresco are my go-to's, but all of their products that iv had have been great. 10/10 would reccomend
