Amazing staff at this location… have only visited twice, but have friends who are regulars. Team members here go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied & educated on what your purchase will entail — along with a healthy dose of banter and smiles. Sad to hear they’ll be shuttering doors at the end of this month, but I’m really hoping to see some of their faces at other dispensaries soon. (They also regularly run amazing specials. This past weekend I was able to nag a TON of stuff for a few bucks due to a “whole store 50% off” sale… so be sure to visit & say ‘hey’ sooner than later!) Thanks for everything you guys do for the community! Cheers to my favorite Gage! 🥂

When i say it’s definitely an experience as soon as you walk through the door! Bobby was the guy that helped me shop through the store he was so very helpful and pleasant! He exalted excellent customer service and offered a complimentary bottle of water during my experience there! Thank you soo much Bobby’ you truly are one of Gages MVP’s 100%. Yesterday I ordered a Select Amnesia Haze 1g live resin cartridge from the Ferndale location. Today I noticed that I only received a .5g cartridge. I called to let them know and potentially get a partial refund or in store credit. The woman I spoke with said she could do nothing for me and blamed the mistake on problems with the website. This was my second visit to Gage and this location and I have been disappointed both times. Update: After reaching out to their retail email address they informed me that there was a clerical error when entering the product into the website. They credited my account so I changed this review from a 1 star to a 4 star because of their willingness to work through the issue.
