I visited High Profile on February 19 to purchase Apple Fritter flower. When I arrived, I was told I could not complete my purchase because my ID was expired, which I understand is company policy. However, I normally use Dutchie Pay for my purchases. Every time I use Dutchie Pay, my card has to be manually run in store. Even though I was denied the product due to my expired ID, I later checked my bank statement and saw that my card was still charged even though I never received the product. This is very concerning. If a sale cannot legally be completed due to an ID issue, no payment should be processed. I now have to follow up to resolve a charge for something I never received. I’m hoping management looks into this and corrects it promptly. I will not be returning. If you’re a customer who uses dutchie pay watch all your transactions.
