I greatly appreciate a customer service rep that’s knows their stuff and can provide helpful suggestions when I’m stuck. Every time i come in a dispensary I’m in the best candy shop ever. So i like to see varieties, hear deals, and want to leave happy. Alaina was definitely that checked off everything and then some. She was very helpful and courteous and knew exactly where to point me to when i would get stuck. She made my first purchase and visit very easy and comfortable.
