This was my first time at this Jars location and the vibes were absolutely unmatched—a total 10/10 experience from start to finish! 🙌✨ First off, Jess is an absolute superstar! She checked us in and was so incredibly helpful, walking us through the Jars app and making sure we were totally set up. The energy here is night and day compared to Saugatuck—this location is officially my new go-to! 💖 Then I met Emily, who is hands-down the best budtender I’ve ever had! 🌿 She is a wealth of knowledge and knew every single product inside and out. I actually ended up getting more than I planned because her recommendations were so spot-on, and she even managed to save me money in the process! 💰✨ The way she made sure to include my med discount without me even asking felt so amazing—it’s rare to find that level of genuine care. Jess and Emily are a total dream team! They make this place shine and deserve all the recognition (and a raise!! 💸) for the incredible atmosphere they create. I walked out feeling like a valued guest, not just a customer. Thank you ladies for being so wonderful! 🌈🔥✨

Noah and Avery at Jars are totally awesome and are willing to go the extra mile to help me find what I wanted. I spent about 20mins in the store not knowing what new thing I wanted to try today. They were more than happy to help me get what I needed and were sweet enough to make sure it fit my budget. I love JARS. Thanks again Noah and Avery!!

Double the Jasmine Double the fun!!! I’ve been a long time customer I’m talking from the beginning!! My usual home store is Alpine. After stopping by Wayland, I see what Alpine is missing….EVERYTHING!!! Also it was super clean and smelled AMAZING!!! Thank you girls for the best time!!!! And the selections were A1 🖤

This is the best dispensary with the best people, I get treated like a king every time and it makes me want to come back. Heather is the best at greeting customers and making the experience the best from the start, Averie, Emily and Jazz and all the rest do an excellent job! Never a complaint!!
