Planted Provisioning - Medical

I heard wind of Planted not too far from me and I had a great experience shopping with them my first time! Bought some merch online and the delivery driver Justin was amazing, product quality was excellent, and prices were solid, even spoke to their front desk who was more than willing to help answer some questions. Great service, would recommend them to all my friends.

With so many options in the area Planted has been the BEST in the area. The points program is fantastic, the products are the highest quality, and the customer service is stellar! Today I had Sydney help me, she has a knowledge of products that is well above average and still was able to make me feel at home. I would recommend this as a first and last stop for anyone.

Came here recently again after a while and oh my god! The selection was insane!!! The vibes were on point and the budtenders were so helpful, spoke to who I think was a new hire and she was fricken awesome!!! Super helpful and such a sweet girl (I think her name began with a H, but props to her!) . Also spoke to Sydney, super awesome as usual! Will definitely visit again!!!!

I had a fantastic visit, thanks to Haden! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I needed. Haden recommended some great products that suited my preferences perfectly. Best bud, best people simply put. Hes passionate for helping customers made the experience just a joy, and I left feeling better than I ever have at this location. If you’re in the area, definitely check out planted and ask for Haden, not sure if he’s new but he’s the man.

Don't order delivery if you don't have 3-4 hours to sit around waiting for them to show up. I have brought this up to them several times. Unless they can come up with a system to let people know how long the delivery will take, I will be telling people who ask for my recommendations to go elsewhere. It's like Planted forgot that people still use cannabis as medicine. Such a shame. They used to be one of the good guys.
