I was just stopping by while running errands, I had to be input as a new customer- I feel bad because my memory is bad and I can't remember her name, but she hsd multi-colored hair and was SOOO sweet. She was quick to input e everything and helped me look around. She was very patient and so kind with my budget. Thank you, guys!

My budtender was very helpful, I wish I could remember her name, but I'm awful with names. I've not done business with Firefly Cannabis before and she helped with my online order and got my first time customer discount. We discussed some products I've not used before and she was able to answer any questions I threw her way. I bought a ½ ounce of flower and 1g live rosin concentrate, both were reasonably priced, especially after the discount. I've not used these products yet, so I can't review them as of now. The store was very clean and neat and I was assisted as soon as u walked in the building. I really appreciate you, friendly and knowledgeable budtender, who I wish I could remember their name. Lol

Definitely a better dispensary in Lucedale than what we had. Very Knowledgeable. Friendly, Great atmosphere , Great products cheaper cost.They get my order right the first time. Never had to take anything back because of someone not hearing you. Not like the other dispensary. Firefly’s Definitely won a new Customer. Thank Firefly’s.

The Lucedale location has the nicest Budtenders that are also super familiar with the medicine they offer and will lead you in the right direction. That all girl squad really did an awesome job with the customer service when I stop by during the Grand opening today. They made sure I knew about every deal and the giveaways they have going on. Overall very welcoming vibe.

This is for the Ocean Springs location. If that manager Jaime wasn't there this place would be better. They're terrible at customer service and horrible to the employees that work there. Otherwise a halfway decent place with some knowledgeable staff. I would go here more often because its local if it wasn't for the terrible management fogging up the place.
