Sienna was very helpful, we ordered online through the portal which was very easy. When we got to the store, there was an unknown discount offered and I was able to get more than I had ordered which saves me an hour of driving time. We will definitely shop with Sienna whenever we decide to purchase more. Also, the store was very clean and up to date; for our first visit I was very impressed. Thank you so much!

From the moment I walk in, the vibes are always welcoming and chill. I was helped by Matt (I’m pretty sure that was his name), and he was absolutely fantastic—super knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed.(and more😂) He answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and even gave great recommendations based on what I was looking for. It’s clear he really knows his stuff and cares about helping customers. Always be my “go-to” spot —highly recommend!

How sad to find out my favorite dispensary is closing. Key/Elevate/Thrive has been my go to for my much needed medicine. They have had what I need or a very close alternative for years. This patient will miss you. 😥

The birthday edibles you get for a penny during your birthday month kick ass!!! Just eat 2 at a time, a little bit of a delayed reaction, wait about an hour and 10 minutes but after that there strong 💪 💪 💪
