Nature Med - Independence

It was my first time in and they made it a lovely experience! Everyone was so nice and the place was well put together. Jacob who helped me was awesome and very knowledgeable. Would come back time and time again 🤟

Absolute 10/10, my new favorite dispo. Prices are great, plenty of stock and options, but above all else, their customer service was ASTOUNDING. I had an issue and ended up needing to call twice, both Lexi and Kyler took great care of me and made it right, and THEN some. Can't wait to come back!! Everyone else on the phone / budtenders are amazing too 😊

The Customer service I received was uplifting exciting and educational, with a lot of direction...Two members of the team made sure I got what I needed, they were patient and provided me with the information I was seeking in order to make an effective purchase.... Without this style of customer service I would have never came back.. So if you are in Independence area go to NATURE MED DISPENSARY first, then you probly won't need to seek another dispensary in the area...Five star of course *****

I would give 0 stars but it won't let me. I told them I only had $25 on my debit to work with. They acted all nice and ok we can make that happen. Then them knowing but unknowns to me is the card fee of $3. I could have went with a $10 cheaper deal but went with their recommendations saying it's only the $25. I later found out cause a payment was decline for a part for same day delivery for my furnace. I was $1.87 short. When I called and spoke to the manager they said they would not give me back my $3. Now it's going to be a cold night tonight with no furnace. 20's tonight. Never doing business there again. Sacred leaf yall on lee summit and 23rd. Great prices and customer service. Plus...no card fees. 😁
