I can't say enough about how great the customer service here is. I literally only shop here because The Tuesday Girls (as the ladies working on Tuesdays seem to have named themselves) offer incredible service and make me feel good about how often I'm in here. They are knowledgeable and funny and beautiful and cool. I'm falling in love with the quality product, bargain prices, competitive loyalty program, and The Tuesday Girls.

HIGHly recommend Big Mountain Botanicals! Some of the freshest most tasty nugz and wide selection of products and accessories. Hands down, best budtenders in the valley as well. Christina & Nicole are always so welcoming and efficient. Very patient as well. Sure there are dozens of dispensaries in the valley, but Big Mountain Botanicals is all ya need!

Seems I usually get served by Christina, Mo, or Nicole. They are so good to me knowing how bad my fibromyalgia is and recommending different strains to help. Christina put me on to Pure Michigan. Love it! It’s top shelf…so, pricey… but I appreciate all they do in trying to study up on what they have and how it would help. The staff is why I keep coming back! The only reasons I give four stars is this place used to have discounts for certain professions (when they were fruit factory)so I’m bummed they quit shortly after being bought out. Also, their atm fee is $3.
