Consistently faulty carts from this dispensary and false return policy. Yesterday’s cart wouldn’t pull smoke, even though it was burning the product. The pen itself is brand new from less than two weeks ago, haven’t had any problems with any other businesses carts with my pen only when I come here. When I had my boyfriend return it for a new one, we felt the employee was insinuating we were lying for a free cart, and the manager blamed our pens “faulty battery…” I’m currently using my “faulty” pen on a fresh cart from Hi Line and am experiencing no issues with it getting stuck and not pulling like I have experienced here time after time. Felt disrespected and disappointed… ): Won’t be back, I hope you guys make this right.

Needs a no dog sign just got told I couldn't bring my leashed calm lab into there for a quick walkin stop.. im just highly annoyed. Everyone other dispensary in town let's my dog come in..

if you wanna get ripped off go here! only redeeming quality is the workers themselves, if you wanna save money and are tribal member/vet you can get some good discounts that will stack getting you some awesome deals at the tomcat.
