You can’t go anywhere else in town besides Pecos. Specially this exact location, every employee I’ve encountered there has remembered my name and order, the customer service is by far some of the best I’ve ever seen and I work in retail myself. The crew deserves an appreciation week !!

Newbie to this & also to the establishment. I tell you in all honesty that this place absolutely lives by Excellent customer service.* I suffer from Lupus & Chronic pain from Metal/Hardware/Rod in my back etc...I had a million & 1 questions that were very well explained in full detail. I would most definitely recommend to all. Wishing all of you Blessings, love & light! May your pain all go away!!!

Great staff on roadrunner but they lacking on the customer service at the Locust location. Moo miles rewards points are only valid for 3 months and get erased after 30 days of no purchases.
