The customer service here is always amazing! I also think they have an awesome up-to-date selection of their vapes and I can’t find my aux bar brand anywhere locally except for this store. I also really enjoy their rewards program and appreciate the opportunity to save money.

I started going here during covid when i lived in west seneca when they were one of the only shops open in the entire area. I then bought a house in lockport and still drive all the way there because of the customer service, prices and selection.

I order clipper red cigars. They have great prices and best shipping around. Other shops charge allot more and takes longer to arrive. As long as they keep it like this I'm definitely a repeat customer each month. Customer service is great as well they respond fast and accurate. I'll definitely be checking them out in person once I get that way to visit family.

Been here a few times great product and prices, came there Friday morning 2/6 bought 2 vapes.got home open the 1 up and defective does not turn on , charge nothing, tried to call no answer went to voicemail,guess what voicemail full can't leave a message, said you can text did that still no response...just want a replacement but I'm getting no response

They were out of The Juno devices so I asked if there was a good Tobacco flavoured disposable vape that people consistently buy because I didn’t want to spend $23 for nothing so I asked the one kid he just basically told me what they have and I had to repeat myself letting him know that that’s not what I’m asking so I asked the other kid he comes over and suggest two vapes. I said they cannot be ice and I don’t want to taste like a cigar and he said this one that’s called X something something I don’t remember what it was called because I threw it out, but he said it was good so I bought it. It was very lightly iced flavored and it definitely tasted like a disgusting cigar. I tried to call the place nobody answers so now I have to dispute the charge to get my money back and I just wish that they would answer the phone and just fix it so I don’t have to leave a bad review, but I guess it’s the only way to get things fixed and before I even went there, I called. They don’t answer so then it says leave a voicemail or send a text. I sent a text yesterday. Never got a response so this is where we’re at today.
